THE MESSAGE

"Think Greatness. Live Greatness."

"Think Greatness. Live Greatness."

"Think Greatness. Live Greatness."

Jon brings a high-energy, relatable presentation that helps students challenge the thoughts holding them back, recognize their worth, and think bigger about who they are and the amazing things they are truly capable of.

01

SHIFT THE STORY

Students learn to spot the negative thoughts and beliefs holding them back and replace them with thoughts and actions that build real confidence.

02

STOP COMPARING. START GROWING.

Students learn why comparison gets in the way of progress and how to focus on their own strengths, goals, and growth instead.

03

THINK BIGGER. READY TO LEARN.

Students see how one shift in thinking can change the way they approach learning, helping them use their voice, take greater ownership, and feel like they belong.

WHY THIS MATTERS

The Need Is Real.

The Need Is Real.

The Need Is Real.

Students need more than motivation. They need self-belief, engagement, purpose, and a strong sense of identity and belonging, so they can come to school ready to learn and truly thrive.

WHY JON

A Speaker Who Understands Schools From the Inside.

A Speaker Who Understands Schools From the Inside.

A Speaker Who Understands Schools From the Inside.

Jon spent more than two decades in education and has carried that experience with him onto hundreds of stages across Canada. He knows the job of an educator doesn’t end when the bell rings because he lived it: late-night marking, 4 a.m. lesson planning, lunch breaks spent helping students catch up, and countless hours thinking about how he could help each student succeed.

He understands the pressures teachers carry, the realities students face, and the work it takes to create a school where students are ready to learn and thrive.

As his speaking career grew, Jon went back into a high-needs classroom to test whether the same ideas he shares on stage could still make a difference without the microphone or the one-hour assembly. In just five weeks, the class saw a 30% increase in overall grades, hundreds of documented student-led positive actions, and parents reporting increased confidence in their children.

Built in schools. Tested in the classroom.

Brought to the stage.
